We process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide a functioning website together with our content and services. The main legal bases are Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (consent), (b) (contract or pre-contractual measures) and (f) (legitimate interest). Personal data is deleted as soon as the purpose of storage no longer applies and no statutory retention obligations prevent deletion.
3. Provision of the website and server log files
Each time this website is accessed, the system automatically collects data and information from the accessing device (including IP address, date and time of access, page requested, volume of data transferred, referrer URL, browser type and operating system). This data is stored in server log files and serves the technical delivery, security and stability of the website. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
4. Hosting (Vercel)
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA. When the website is accessed, Vercel processes the technically required access data (see server log files). Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR for the purpose of secure and efficient provision. A data processing agreement is in place with the provider; the EU Standard Contractual Clauses are used as the basis for data transfers to the USA.
5. Appointment booking (Cal.com)
To schedule meetings we use the booking tool Cal.com. When you book an appointment via the booking link, the provider processes the data you enter (e.g. name, email address, requested time) as well as technical access data. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR.
6. Contacting us
If you contact us by email or phone, your details are stored in order to handle the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where the enquiry is aimed at concluding a contract, and otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. This data is deleted once it is no longer required to achieve the purpose.

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by "https://" in your browser's address bar.
8. Your rights as a data subject
